Juniper Innovations clients say “yes”. June’s customer survey results shows Juniper to be performing well in a number of key areas. Organisational understanding, attentiveness to organisational needs, communication and accessibility had 87.5% of respondents scoring Juniper Innovations either good or excellent. Product quality also achieved the same ratings. We’ll aim to keep improving and are responding to individual comments. An official thanks to all who contributed.
