Juniper Innovations’ electronic signature recording software enables you to assign work to and capture job recording information from, your mobile workforce including all job related signatures. This puts you in control and lets you know work is complete, items are delivered, quality is satisfactory and inspections, testing and audits are finished.

Job information can be assigned in real time using Juniper Innovations’ range of products.  We can:

  • Design mobile applications for your workforce using our custom building software technology
  • Integrate your existing ERP, distribution, finance or other systems into these solutions

How does it work?

We can integrate mobile worker solutions with your existing job, transport, ERP, finance or other back end office solutions.  This enables you to receive electronic signatures against:

  • Work orders
  • Customer deliveries
  • Training assessments and audits
  • Health and safety risks assessments and regular checks
  • Vehicle, fork lift truck, car or plant equipment inspections
  • Retail store, warehouse, manufacturing or building site audits
  • Completed on-site jobs such as cleaning, inventory checks and so on

Signatures can be captured and received back at the office in real time.  They can appear in reports and against relevant business data to make your information more powerful and keep you in control.

Our software and deployment can be device independent and downloaded centrally.  In other words mobile users with Blackberry, Windows mobile, Android and Symbian devices for example can all use the same software.  Plus the software can be downloaded centrally to phones when required so no need for devices to be collected and for software to be installed.

Using Juniper Innovations’ lone worker and GPS tracking products the most appropriate team member and asset can be located and then be assigned work.  With Juniper Innovations’ satellite navigation products your mobile workforce can also be directed to the right work location.

The mobile worker will be able to update job information, add notes, communicate questions and issues with the central office and transmit completion details back to the office in real time.

Real time communication will allow your office based and management teams to manage schedules and update operational teams, customers and third parties quickly and effectively.
