Juniper Innovations’ individual driver ID solution links vehicle/asset activity with unique driver details.  Using our detailed reports you can immediately see good, bad and safe driver behaviour, reward drivers for great driving practices or utilisation and train drivers who require more skills or need to operate different machinery/assets.   By linking individual drivers to vehicle types you help manage duty of care by seeing that only relevant trained drivers are driving the right vehicles.

The solution is also simple to use.  All our driver ID units link to our GPS software giving you complete visibility and control of your assets and people.

How does it work?

Each individual driver is setup on our web portal software.   The driver is systematically linked with a choice of tagging hardware solution.

When a driver arrives at the vehicle the driver’s tag links with a vehicle tag and this data is sent to our web portal via our tracking units.  For ease of use tag information can be linked to ignition start up so driver information is only sent once an ignition is turned on.  Conversely information is no longer sent when the ignition is turned off i.e. allowing for a new driver to be tagged to the vehicle.

Once the driver ID is tagged all vehicle and driver information can be viewed via our secure web portal.  Plus email and text alerts can be configured and sent to your phone, PDA or email Inbox.
