Juniper Innovations order tracking software is a web based solution that easily interfaces to different types of inventory and tracking software systems and hardware, to give you a single detailed view of your order fulfillment.
You’ll be able to see stock movement including pick, pack and despatch. Then see dates and times of when shipments leave and arrive at their destinations. You can also see what time a delivery will arrive, whether it will be on time or late (plus actual arrival times), locate drivers, view the whereabouts of high value deliveries and receive free tracking reports all in real time. The software reduces company costs, improves administrative efficiency, increases security and enhances customer communication. It is intuitive and easy to use. Tracking orders and shipments couldn’t be easier.
Logging into Juniper Innovations’ secure, multi-language web based portal you see map based views of all your orders, shipments and vehicles. At a glance you can see all 
information relating to your query immediately. So for example new users including customers and hauliers can be set up on the system and will only see data relating to them.
Loading customer and delivery site data is easy too. By setting up geo-fences and alerts you stay in control. Whether you want to know site arrival, departure and duration times, if a geo-fence has been broken outside pre-determined hours or if vehicles have strayed beyond areas either inside or outside working hours.
The software integrates with GPS hardware or existing GPS systems. It also integrates with digital pen and PDA technology for electronic proof of delivery. These can all be added as bolt on ackages as well as all Juniper Innovations products such as:
