We have an immediate requirement for experienced Project Managers to work on high profile projects at leading companies across the UK with possible European travel.

Successful Project Manager candidates will become a Consultant, working on client sites.  They will receive a competitive package with fixed permanent salary, bonus payment, holiday plus a number of additional benefits, depending upon experience.

Project Manager Role Purpose

You typically will have end to end responsibility for the delivery of high-profile and/or complex projects with large budgets.  This role will also typically involve supporting the design, development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs.

The ideal Project Manager candidate will:

  • Have a proven and successful track record as a Senior Project Manager, ideally gained within a large, comparable industries and services
  • Be Prince 2 (Practitioner) accredited, or possess equivalent skils and be an expert in principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation
  • Be experienced in Agile methodologies on Software Development Projects
  • Possess the usual key Project Management attributes
  • Be development focused and have experience of project delivery and worked the full SDLC including the Initialisation and Mobilisation phases
  • Have excellent decision making skills
  • Be experienced in Corporate, Industry and Professional Governance
  • Provide organisational awareness and an understanding the hierarchy and culture of own, customer and supplier organisations
  • Strong contract selection and Management Proficient with methods and techniques for selection and managing contracts to ensure that third parties adhere to agreed contract requirements
