How do you implement Juniper Innovations’ warehouse system?

loading-forkliftTo implement the warehouse software we recommend having a small project team made up of a few key members of your team and ours.

Upfront we discuss and define together the objectives to be achieved with the implementation so all whole effort is directed towards this.

We next discuss the best system architecture for you, how, where and what hardware & software will be set-up, interface and technical requirements for testing and training.

Following this we agree an implementation plan and process and begin training. This includes how best to include your entire team in the project, engaging them, adopting ownership and understanding how the system will improve their work. Then through our extensive training courses you will learn about our system processes, parameters and data requirements in order that the system is set up to meet your organisation’s requirements.

Understanding the central system concepts is essential to help model the software based on your current needs. The system is flexible enough however for you to change and increase functionality over time as your product, internal organisation and customer demands change.

The parameters in your software can then be set-up ready for data load, local testing and user training.

Training teams of end users directly is a pragmatic approach according to job roles. The fundamental objective is to prepare each individual for the performance of their duties.

Juniper Innovations warehouse management systemWhen you are satisfied training and testing is complete cutover preparations begin and continue until the system goes live.

You will receive 10+ years worth of tried and tested implementation methodology. From mapping your current layout and shipping networks, improving your processes, setting up, cleaning and migrating your data and testing your hardware through to local training, education and support, full cutover management and detailed planning and communication throughout.

When you are live helpdesk support provides cover during your working hours. This is for functional and technical help. We also provide a Remote Intervention Service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for ensuring the software functions smoothly.
