A large manufacturer’s logistics planning department wanted refinement of their planning tools to help them track inventory movements based on forecasts, across a number of sites. Their current systems needed stabilising and updating to reflect a greater need for more accurate information in the business, in a more timely and less administrative manner.

The result of the project was greatly reduced administration, faster, more accurate and consistent information that was shared across a wide audiance, with improved system support giving greater business control and reduced risk.
