Juniper Innovations has reviewed a secure carton seal containing codes working at a forensic level that act as a theft, anti-counterfeit and -tampering deterrent.
Each secure carton seal contains both a barcode serial number and Stealthmark’s™ next generation microparticles. Invisible to the naked eye the microparticles give positive, forensic level proof of product ownership and that the product is genuine. The presence of label assures a genuine nature and the manufacturer, distributor and retail outlet can monitor this using a combination of a unique microparticle code and a serial number barcode within the label. This combination will be unique to each customer purchasing our secure carton seals.
This secure seal can be applied over the closure of a carton or box so that it could not be opened without breaking the label. If the label is broken or missing the assets or goods have been counterfeited or tampered with.
